Some great reviews below, but if I do make a mistake with an order or there is a problem I'll do my best to resolve the problem is the most efficient way!

Great service from a plain-talking, direct and helpful store manager; no-nonsense! Excellent products all (kayak, pump, vest) - having now come across several other 'blow-up' kayakers on my travels I can confirm the Advanced Elements products are clearly better for both quick inflation, light weight and relatively effortless paddling, as well as shipping very little water (even on a quite choppy sea) and tracking straight and true (even with significant crosswind). Watch drying time before packing away - having a garage where you can set out the kayak to fully dry before mid-term storage is a very good idea. So far I've been on coastal waters, slow rivers, inland lakes and tidal estuaries and will simply say the Advanced frame Kayak can do it all!

Fantastic service from start to finish. I had to call and Nick is both very knowledgable and helpful. Products arrived exactly as promised, Nick even put it on a ‘before 12pm’ delivery at no extra charge..!! Everything was very well packaged and secure and arrived with not a mark. Advanced Elements Convertible: Excellent service and expert advice from Nick. Ordered at 11am Weds and arrived next day around 12 noon. Brilliant. Did a dry run of inflation in my front room as recommended and all complete in about 35mins. Excellent quick instructions sheet supplied by Nick. On Saturday met with my sister who was caravanning at Bodiam Boating Station on the River Rother in Sussex. Out the car and ready to go in under 15 mins.

The four of us had an excellent few days on the River Rother. My sisters boyfriend isn't too happy with water but we managed to convince him to have a go on the Sunday. The boat performs so well and so comfortable he is now converted! To the extent my sister has taken over my boat and I have had to order another one from Nick! Arrived today as promised. Thank you Nick for great deal! The kayak arrived, very nice! The only thing is that UPC (Norway) didn't ring me before delivering. I was home and they have my phone number. Excellent service, rang with a question about a 10 year old AE Expedition Lite. Nick not only knew what I was talking about but also gave advice on what part I needed. On the phone he was chatty and I felt like he was as interested in keeping me paddling as much selling me stuff. My order arrived next day well packaged, having received an email letting me know it was on its way, including a short personal note. Thank you for your help and great service.
